KEY PROJECT

Imperial Doncaster – Melbourne

Techsmart Designs was engaged to custom design a smart home automation system suitable to include in all 100 apartments of the $70m Imperial Doncaster Project in Melbourne.

Techsmart successfully incorporated our PLAY system and partnered with technology providers Schneider Electric, SONOS, Spotify and Tech 2 Home.

We also custom designed the interface to suit the projects branding requirements and provided a unique payment strategy to work with the developers settlement timings.
